Consumer Review System

Definition: a user review is a comment/ suggestion/ opinion conducted by a computer user to review a website or a product after they have tried/ used it. This comment is then published in the website which offer the product or in another website which only shows these reviews. An example of the latter is Tripadvisor. Normally the reviewers are independent internet users rather than professionals paid to do that.

-          They can make you understand your consumer needs better and allows them to have a voice.

-          They can be a good way of marketing for your website.

-          They can increase sales
